The hardest part of being a startup founder?

It’s not exactly what I thought it would be.

❌ It’s not managing a team

❌ Or managing partners

❌ Or managing finances

It’s managing my mindset 🧠

Throughout the process of building, I’ve had to manage the highs + lows of uncertainty.

I’ve had to grow comfortable with discomfort – and stay even-keeled and confident despite never really knowing the “right” next step.

There's a lot of fear in the day-to-day. And as someone who frequently deals with overwhelm + anxiety, this mindset shift has been my greatest challenge.

But every time I keep going and re-frame my uncertainty into actionable next steps, I build that mindset muscle more 💪

So go reframe your biggest fears for the week!

Believing in yourself is a self-fulfilling prophecy. You got this!
