Combatting Procrastination
You may not believe this, but you *can* combat procrastination π₯
Procrastination has been my biggest blocker to productivity.
But Iβve discovered tools that help me avoid it β and maintain my mental well-being in the process:
β¨ Use the Pomodoro technique.
Personally, I use it for 50 minutes of work + a 10-minute break β°
This minimizes distractions, while still allowing time to take breaks.
β¨Boost energy + motivation with mind-body routines.

β¨ Break down tasks.
When tasks feel too big, break them down into smaller, more manageable stepsπ€
β¨Use time blocking + scheduling to stay organized and on track π
