Combatting Procrastination
You may not believe this, but you *can* combat procrastination ๐ฅ
Procrastination has been my biggest blocker to productivity.
But Iโve discovered tools that help me avoid it โ and maintain my mental well-being in the process:
โจ Use the Pomodoro technique.
Personally, I use it for 50 minutes of work + a 10-minute break โฐ
This minimizes distractions, while still allowing time to take breaks.
โจBoost energy + motivation with mind-body routines.
Exercise, intention-setting, and positive affirmations ๐help boost motivation ๐โโ๏ธ
โจ Break down tasks.
When tasks feel too big, break them down into smaller, more manageable steps๐ค
โจUse time blocking + scheduling to stay organized and on track ๐
