Combatting Procrastination

You may not believe this, but you *can* combat procrastination ๐ŸฅŠ

Procrastination has been my biggest blocker to productivity.

But Iโ€™ve discovered tools that help me avoid it โ€“ and maintain my mental well-being in the process:

โœจ Use the Pomodoro technique.

Personally, I use it for 50 minutes of work + a 10-minute break โฐ

This minimizes distractions, while still allowing time to take breaks.

โœจ Break down tasks.

When tasks feel too big, break them down into smaller, more manageable steps๐Ÿค
