I struggle with over-promising and then under-delivering.

The bad habit is rooted in chasing the future, instead of operating in the present.

It’s fueled by my natural cognitive bias to underestimate task completion times.

I know I have to embrace progress over perfection and increase my self-awareness with tracking of historical data.

So hopefully some Monday motivation for everyone:
