# Managing Your Mindset

The hardest part of being a startup founder?

It’s not exactly what I thought it would be.

❌It’s not managing a team

❌Or managing partners

❌Or managing finances

It’s managing my mindset 🧠

Throughout the process of building @ Smarty, I’ve had to manage the highs + lows of uncertainty. 

I’ve had to grow comfortable with discomfort – and stay even-keeled and confident despite never really knowing the “right” next step.

As someone who frequently deals with overwhelm + anxiety, this has been my greatest challenge. 

But every time I keep going, I build that mindset muscle more 💪

And it turns out that believing in yourself is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
